Mozie’s, located in Historic Gruene in New Braunfels, is part of the family of independent restaurants owned and operated by Patrick S. Molak Corp.  Our company is growing and we are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our management team.
The ideal candidate will:

• Be looking for a restaurant career with a stable, growing company;
• Have the ability to think on their feet;
• Have a minimum of 3 years progressive restaurant experience, including at least a year of management experience; and
• Have the drive and energy to work hard and be rewarded accordingly. 
• Be available and willing to work varying shifts (including Holidays) - our kitchen closes at 10 pm every night, while the bar stays open to 11 pm Sunday thru Thursday, midnight on Friday and 1 am on Saturday.
